Markay is an E-RYT500, a certified breath coach, and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She holds concurrent B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Food Science, M.S. in Clinical Nutrition and Nutritional Counseling with a concentration on eating disorders and disordered eating and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior. She is in the process of completing her Yoga Therapeutics (C-IAYT) certificate.

Detailed discussion on specific nutrition and yoga related topics such as: the breath and body connection, Yoga Nidra and the stress response, how to manage diabetes and blood sugar or how to create a practice given a cardiac event/concerns. Events range from one time to recurring and can last 2hrs to a half day session, depending on your preferences.
